What's it About?

Have you set intentions and goals but struggled to maintain them? Let's make this time different! Join me for an 8-week journey to improve our overall health by eating cleaner, getting fitter, and feeling better.  Not only will I be doing this with you, but I'll provide guidance, accountability, and holistic content to help you get in shape, form new habits, make better choices, stay motivated, and boost your mental and emotional well-being. Weekly 30-min Live Q and A Group Session

Each week I will be available for anyone who has questions.  This will be a live Zoom group session where you can get support, direction, and clarification for any questions or concerns you might have. 

 

(*Please note I will be acting as a consultant only in these sessions and all advice given is in this capacity.)

Daily Content Support

Since I am taking this journey with you I will be posting daily what I'm doing.  Making changes and staying committed can be tough for all of us so having content outlining my struggles, successes, and encouragement can be inspiring to help keep you going.  

Community Support

I believe that a supportive community is essential for success, which is why we will have a dedicated group page.  Everyone is invited to post, comment, and check in for support and accountability as they see fit to do so. 

What Am I Committing To?

You're committing to taking steps to improve your health; whether it's mentally, emotionally, or physically.  It doesn't matter if you just want to take baby steps or if you want to take giant leaps.  You can go at your own pace.  The difference here is that you won't be doing it alone, and support is one of the keys to success.

Fee:  $197

Why the fee? I'm going to create content, provide expert information, take time to answer your questions, and set up the means to hold you accountable. Put it this way: It's $3.50 per day—way less than you're paying for your cup of coffee or glass of wine. Plus, you've got to have some skin in the game. Investing in your commitment helps you VALUE your commitment. Just DO IT!
